Made from high grade aluminum extrusion (6063-T6 Grade) Blade set at pitch of 19mm in single / Double louvers arrangements. Blade Tips housed in pre-tensioned wire looped fixed on side frames for keeping the blades in position at any desired angle without any rattling, vibration. Option available for Nylon bushes at blade ends (in place of pre tensioned wire) for the same function. Grills with length exceeding 500mm come with central partition to eliminate deflection / sagging of blades. Miter joints are cleated and press locked without gap.
