The construction consists of:-

• Made from high grade aluminum extrusions of 6063-T6 grade.
• Frame corners are mitered and cleated with press locked joints.
• Pretensioned pins for easy removal and fitting of core.
• Range of prefixed neck sizes to cover all requirements.
• Tailor made frame sizes are also available according to requirement.
• Core rings of aluminum sheet press formed of single piece construction without joint.
