The construction consists of:-
Non standard/tailormade sizes as per costumer requirement can also be manufactured. aaa
- Plenum box of aluminum sheet construction with provision of housing the perforated face and opposed blade damper in top/side entry
- Perforated aluminum sheet of 18 swg with approx. 50% perforation and press formed as collar tray with provision of placing hinges and latches to fix with plenum box
- An aluminum strike plate (perforated 18 SWG sheet) fixed inside the plenum box on the mouth of damper opening to locked direct entry of air to the perforated face.
Sizes
Supplied as standards sizes of 600 x 600mm, 900 x 600mm, 1200 x 600mm and 1800 x 600mm with single/multiple damper entries, supplied as individual or matrix format with suitable fixing and hanging frames.Non standard/tailormade sizes as per costumer requirement can also be manufactured. aaa
